What exactly does Lokbox do?
Lokbox repeats recurring work in the web applications you already use, for example in bexio. You show the task once in the browser, Lokbox repeats it when you start the run and keeps every run in your history. Scheduled tasks that you describe run at the time you set. Lokbox is currently in beta.
When does Lokbox ask for my approval?
Lokbox submits forms, messages and changes on other sites only after your yes – scheduled tasks too. Without your yes, that step is not carried out. That includes a submission to an authority. If a step does not match what was expected, Lokbox stops.
Do I need to connect my systems technically?
No. Lokbox works in the browser, in the same applications you use. No separate interface is needed.
Does Lokbox also operate government portals?
Lokbox does not operate government portals that require identity verification. Lokbox submits to an authority only after your yes.
Where is my data?
Hosting is in Switzerland and the database is in Zurich. AI processing takes place in the EU (Frankfurt). Lokbox is a Swiss company under Swiss law. Processors and retention are described in the DPA and the privacy policy.
