Terms and Conditions

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the LokBox platform. Provider: bubloo, Kubilé (sole proprietorship), owner Ernesta Kubilé, Lischenweg 7, 4915 St. Urban, Switzerland (UID: CHE-190.821.402) ("LokBox"). Client: any natural or legal person creating an account for commercial purposes (B2B relationship, e.g., Swiss fiduciaries).

2. Service Description

LokBox provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to control an AI-based web-browsing agent for task automation. The service is designed to assist with routine checks, data entry, and reports.

3. Human-in-the-Loop and Review Duty

No Automated Submission: the AI agent prepares entries, drafts, and transactions in real-time within a Live View. Approval Gate: the agent does not execute legally binding submissions, payments, or dispatches on its own; every action must be manually reviewed and explicitly approved by the Client. Client Liability: the Client is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the prepared data; LokBox is not liable for damages resulting from actions approved or initiated by the Client on third-party portals.

4. Client Warranties and Obligations

The Client warrants that they have the right to process all entered data (especially client files). The Client must ensure they possess the necessary access credentials and authorizations for all third-party portals where the agent is deployed. Credentials for the LokBox account must be kept secure and confidential.

5. Acceptable Use

Misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited. You must not: use the platform for spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited emails; bypass security measures of target sites; perform systematic automated scraping that violates the terms of target portals. Violations will result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Pricing: pricing and plans (Starter/Pro/Business) are published at lokbox.ch/pricing. Credits: usage consumes credits based on task complexity (model turns and browser actions). Test Credits: 100 free credits are granted to the workspace once email verification is completed. Overage: usage exceeding the plan quota is billed at CHF 0.05 per credit at the end of the cycle. Refunds: a 14-day refund policy is available for technical issues preventing successful execution; contact info@lokbox.ch.

7. Cancellation and Account Deletion

Cancellation: subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal, taking effect at the end of the billing cycle. Refunds on Cancellation: already paid billing cycles are non-refundable. Data Deletion: upon account deletion, profile data is purged within 30 days; task logs and histories are anonymized within 90 days; billing records are archived for 10 years (Swiss CO Art. 958f).

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. LokBox does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free agent performance, especially following layout changes on third-party portals. LokBox is only liable for direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded. In any event, liability is capped at the amount paid by the Client in the last 12 months, or CHF 100 maximum.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies (excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the competent court in the Canton of Lucerne (registered seat Pfaffnau), Switzerland.
